- Free walkthrough
- We confirm your final price in a short visit before the first clean.
- Deposit
- New home clients reserve their date with a $50 deposit. Move-in/out and post-construction: 25%.
- Changes
- Please give 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel (7 days for move-outs).
- Payment
- When the clean is done: Zelle, cash, check, debit or credit card (3% card fee). Businesses get a monthly invoice.
- Referrals
- Refer a friend and get 10% off your next clean. Recurring clients can choose a free oven or fridge clean instead.
